Seeking therapy takes courage. You may be moving through a season of loss, uncertainty, or change — trying to find your footing or make sense of what feels unsettled. Perhaps you’re carrying things quietly or simply feeling the weight of it all. My hope is that therapy can offer a place to land — to feel seen and heard, and to slowly reconnect with the wisdom and ease within you. I believe that where there is pain, there is also the potential for healing. I hold those places with care, trusting that clarity, resilience, and hope will emerge in time.
As a first-generation, South Asian (Indian American) therapist and daughter of immigrants, I understand the tension of balancing family and cultural values with your own sense of identity and belonging. That experience shapes how I hold space — with deep respect for the complexity of who you are, the context of your life, and all the ways you’ve learned to navigate it.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years practicing and teaching yoga and meditation. That work taught me that healing begins with presence — slowing down enough to notice what’s happening in our minds and bodies, and to listen to what’s been waiting to be heard. I carry this belief into therapy.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in both compassion and curiosity. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, holding therapy as an ongoing conversation and collaboration. I believe our bodies hold wisdom and stories that words alone cannot express, and that gentle attention can open the way toward greater vitality and connection. I draw from Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems, and attachment-based therapy to support the integration of body, mind, and emotion.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or a difficult life transition, I will meet you where you are — with care, honesty, and respect. Together, we’ll explore what feels most alive, honor the resilience that has carried you this far, and create space for new ways of being to emerge.
Outside of my work, I’m a lifelong learner, a mother to two daughters, and someone who finds renewal in movement, nature, and quiet moments of reflection.
If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you find more ease within yourself, feel less alone in what you’re carrying, and reconnect with the strengths and dignity that have always been yours.
