Clients often come to therapy during seasons of deep suffering—whether through crisis, trauma, anxiety, depression, or loss. These experiences can feel overwhelming and even debilitating, yet they are also a part of what connects us as human beings. I hold the belief that suffering, as painful as it is, can become a doorway to healing, depth, and transformation. Sometimes, what feels like the source of our greatest pain can also be the seed of our greatest growth. While this can be hard to trust in the midst of struggle, it is the lens through which I view the therapeutic journey. It is my honor and joy to walk alongside clients as they find their way toward healing and wholeness.
I have a background in yoga spanning more than 20 years of practice and 13 years of teaching. This foundation deeply shapes my understanding of the body–mind–spirit connection and informs the way I approach therapy. My sessions are conversational and often integrate mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices. Drawing from person-centered, attachment-based, and polyvagal-informed approaches, I pay close attention to the ways our family systems and environments influence our development and present-day challenges.
I have experience supporting clients through crisis and trauma, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, identity exploration, attachment repair, nervous system regulation, and perinatal transitions. My most cherished role is that of mother and it is my great joy to walk alongside individuals navigating the perinatal experience, infertility, and loss.
Outside of my professional work, I remain a lifelong learner and seeker. I enjoy painting, sewing, gardening, reading, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors. Most of all, I treasure time with my husband, friends, family, and my three wonderful children.
